On Friday we fully changed our development structure. For a programming shop, this is equivalent to revamping our assembly line. Our old system was OK, but it had some large holes to fill. So the brag is that we admitted we were doing a few things wrong, and willing to make the needed big changes to try to fix it.
ReplyDeleteHurray for making changes! Owen, I'm proud that you scrapped an "OK" system to build a better one. That is very tough to do. The Oprius team produces wonderful work, and I congratulate you on improving!
