Nearwood Winery in Knoxville, IA is expanding to our brand new facility on Hwy 14, just 2 miles south of Knoxville. The Tasting Room in downtown will be repurposed and all the wine processing, retail, and events will be at the new location. I’ve added a link to an audio clip from our local radio station KNIA-KRLS about the news. http://kniakrls.com/2018/08/in-depth-nearwood-winery-2/

Ned sent this story by email:

Thanks to the youth of Miller, SD., we have been inspired to create a Christmas Village using buildings from a local shed builder. We did a mock up of a building and used it in our presentation to the local Economic Development Authority asking them for startup funding. They said YES!!

Thank you Becky for providing the resourceful information in your email bulletin.
