Great post, Becky! Personally, for my company's twitter, facebook, and blog accounts, I use a special company logo that fits into a square. (The normal logo is rectangular.)

I do this for two reasons:

1. I think it looks much sharper than having my gnarly mug up there.

2. In my own opinion, for what I do, I think having a sleek logo instead of a headshot looks much more professional. I want people to associate those tweets, facebook statuses, and blog posts with my company, not me :)

But again, great post -- it really did make me sit back and consider why I do what I do, and if I should change it!
