Hi Becky - I'll brag. I'm just back from an exploratory mission to AmericasMart with my client, Grace Bateman, social entrepreneur and founder of Peru Paper Company (http://www.perupaper.com). With only $100, Grace started her company to produce sustainable products made with 100% recycled products, mostly post-consumer waste. Best of all, the handmade paper and designs are all created by a group of more than 15 women in Peru, who previously could not support themselves or their families. And now Grace is preparing to expand to offer her card lines to retail gift and paper stores across America later this year through wholesale markets like AmericasMart. I think Grace's business is totally worth bragging about!
